Midtown: Thai Bistro and Wine Bar

Thursday, July 02, 2015

Today, my mom, sister and I had a quick dinner at this Thai Bistro and Wine Bar called Midtown in Siam Paragon. It was part of our little girls' evening/night out (shopping version haha :P). Well, dad came along afterwards, but anyways.. this restaurant was an "okay". Not the best, not the worst.

The menu consisted of mostly Thai food with a few Western dishes. We ordered two appetizers and one dish each. The restaurant gives off a rustic, modern vibe. I love how there are so many wine bottles on the huge shelves!

I forgot to bring my Canon camera so I took these photos with my iPhone 6 - apologies for the phone camera quality, loves ^^"

My semi-failed attempt at taking a short panorama hahah, I tried! xD
All them wines tho
This "electric" candle light is so cool c:
Spring rolls as appetizer (this was nice~)
Fried spicy tofu as appetizer
Thai vegetarian green curry (Gaeng Keaw Wan) with rice for mom
Thai green chicken curry fried rice (Kao Pad Gaeng Keaw Wan) with fried egg and soup for me ^^
Spaghetti carbonara for sister (she said it's not that great and didn't finish it xD)
Rushed group selfie in the lift hehe ^^

My rating: ●●◐◌◌ (2.5/5)
